Video Production Expertise at Acer
During my tenure as a Design Manager in Marketing at Acer, a significant aspect of my role involved overseeing video production. I was responsible for creating a wide range of video content, including brand videos, product videos, and product functionality videos, utilizing motion graphics, 3D animation, and live-action formats.
Given Acer's extensive product lines, I took the lead on key product videos while supervising marketers to ensure consistent quality and messaging across other product categories. My most notable achievement was developing comprehensive communication plans and a seamless video production workflow. This framework facilitated efficient collaboration among internal cross-functional teams—including product managers, designers, and marketers—and external production houses.
By ensuring that product features and marketing messages were effectively conveyed to the audience, these video projects contributed to enhancing Acer’s brand presence globally. My background in multimedia storytelling and 3D animation, combined with a commitment to continuous learning, enabled me to deliver high-impact video content that aligned with the company’s goals and elevated the overall brand identity.
